Who’s behind it? Head chef Toshimasa Tanahashi who has 30 years experience working in Japanese restaurants Matsuri in St James, Kyubi at the Arts Club in Mayfair and Kouzu in Belgravia. Front of house is headed by Kenichiro Urata who most recently led the team at cult central ramen restaurant, Kanada – Ya.

What’s on the Menu? Extensive choice of Japanese starters, shasimi, tempura, sushi rolls and mains. Most notable dishes include Spicy tune tartare, Chicken kakinotane, stone bass with tomato ume and yuzu shio ponzu.
