What is it? Strangers at 47 serves both savoury and sweet fusion crepes by using only the freshest ingredients.
Who’s behind it? Hospitality & Culinary graduates Sean Ooi, Lim Sing Yi & Vincent Lee, all in their early 20s. Sean & Vincent lead the kitchen while Sing Yi manages the floor and is the resident Barista. Sean’s mother, Susan designed the dessert crepes; Sean created the savoury crepes.
Size? 50 pax capacity in a rustic yet friendly environment
What’s on the Menu? Strangers at Forty7 serve both savoury and sweet crepes. Savoury crepes includes the Big Breakfast Crepe, A Hen’s Crush (chicken), Lethal Shrooms (vegetarian), Shore to Please (seafood) & for a limited time, Not Your Local Beef (imported beef striploin). Sweet crepes includes Dark Side (chocolate), Go Bananuts (peanut butter & banana), Purple Rage (Japanese purple sweet potato), Spongebob’s Crib (pineapple), It’s Kelapa (coconut) & Adam’s Sin (apple crumble).
