What is it? Selin Kiazim opens her first restaurant, serving up modern Turkish food bursting with flavour.
Who’s behind it? Selin Kiazim, who trained under Peter Gordon at Providores and Kopapa, and who enjoyed a long stint at The Trip Kitchen. Her business partner is Laura Christie, ex-Ops Manager at Salt Yard Group.
Size? Around 40 covers.
What’s on the Menu? Making appearances will be her now famous House-made bread & Medjool date butter, alongside treats such as Çemen glazed lamb cutlets, Whole lemon sole with charred shallot, parsley and pomegranate dressing, and Pistachio sponge, caramelised white chocolate, barbeque quince and filo shards.
