What’s on the Menu? Four Hundred Rabbits use sourdough to make their pizzas, giving the dough a deeper and more interesting flavour whilst keeping a lighter texture and crust. The toppings will be taken from the UK’s most amazing artisanal producers and will follow the food seasons closely, with fresh vegetables such as artichokes, corn and asparagus all set to feature. Fior di Latte Mozzarella and San Marzano Tomatoes are essential for a good pizza and create the perfect base for ingredients like British charcuterie and slow smoked rare breed brisket.
