Who’s behind it? Founder Christophe Catron-Michaud, Managing Director Lissan The and Head Chef & Managing Partner Frank Denis Ruidavet.

Chef Frank is a Michelin star trained chef. Christophe and Lissan have more than 20 years of experience in the F&B industry in different parts of the world such as New York, Malaysia and France.

What’s on the Menu? Raspberry and Vanilla Bombolonis, Rotolino alla Nutella, Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio, Prosciutto Crudo and Margheritta Pizzette, Handmade Cannelloni with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese, Fresh Orecchiette with Pumpkin and Pancetta, Panzanella Salad as well as Tiramisu and Panna Cotta.
