Who’s behind it? Charles & Edward Sedgley of Lona Pintxos Bar Armadale & Barca Food & Wine Armadale. Head Chef is Tim Bell from Barca Food & Wine and is Executive Chef for both Lona Pintxos Bar and Ex Pelican

Size? 200 seats including Alfresco Area at the rear and bar seating.

What’s on the Menu? A help yourself pintxos Area including jamon serrano on baguette with smoked tomato, skewers from the char-grill including oregano, garlic, preserved lemon chicken and their signature dish of  braised pork sliders with jalepenos, chipolte mayo and crackling
