Tried Japanese Ramen?  Have you tried the Chinese version? Because of its popularity, the wait time for a bowl of pork noodles is rather long in Kean Fatt but it’s worth it. You can choose your type of noodles, kuay teow (translucent thin flat noodles almost similar to fettuccini), yellow noodles (like spaghetti) or vermicelli (translucent long fine noodles like the angel hair). I usually like mine with kuay teow or vermicelli. The pork noodle broth is thick, hearty and very flavourful and filled with minced pork, pork slices, crispy pork lard, pork liver and pork intestines. Do request for to add a half-boiled egg. Mix them together and savour.
