What is it? Free Range Coal Roasted Chicken, cold beer, cool tunes, restaurant quality food in an unforgettable location without paying a fortune. A pop up of the concept that will open a bricks and mortar in Melbourne mid 2015.

Size? 230 persons, seating, bar, deck chairs, inside holds 80 the balcony holds 150.
What’s on the Menu? It’s all about the heirloom rotisserie coal roasted chicken. Henriettas Chickens are locally sourced, organic, heirloom and brined for 24 hours before being trussed and rubbed with secret spices then slow roasted on a chemical free coal rotisserie.
You will enjoy whole healthy chicken with or without skin, crinkle cut chips, luscious spiced gravy and the soon to be famous Henriettas Chicken Roll. Also healthy salads, wraps, decadent sauces and sides.
