What is it? Drift Dining and Bar is a modern Sydney Bar and Diner in the heart of KL.
Who’s behind it? Drift Dining and Bar is the brain child of Robert Gilliland, who has partnered with long time friends Donna Freeman (Virtual Sommelier for MasterChef Australia 2010, leading Australian Sommelier) and Ric Patterson (Manager of Marque (4 years) and Quay (4 years) in Sydney). Angus Harrison heads up the kitchen (head Chef of Luke Mangans Salt Tapas Bali)

What’s on the Menu? Modern Australian share plate menu including slow braised baby pork ribs in yakaniku sauce with red radish and apple, Manila clams with ginger soy and garlic, cinnamon spiced Spanish doughnuts with Drift strawberry jam and caramel
