MALAYSIA’S LARGEST COFFEE & ART FESTIVAL, RETURNS TO PUBLIKA BRINGING MORE OF THE BEST OF SPECIALITY COFFEE, MUSIC, ARTS AND CULTURE.

the Coffee and Art Fringe Festival Asia 2014 (CAFFA) will be held from the 26th-­‐ 28th September at PUBLIKA. Covering the Publika areas of the Boulevard, The Square and MapKL, this family-­‐ oriented consumer and trade event truly celebrates the wonderful rise of the speciality coffee scene, music, arts and culture.

CAFFA is a wonderfull platform for coffee appreciation, education and coffee drinking opportunities as well as be a celebration of the arts in its many forms -­‐ be it via music, theatre or visual.

Coffee lovers and aficionados would be happy to know that there will be exciting activities on coffee appreciation, profiling and education with a wide variety of coffee tasting opportunities organized by our coffee partners. There will also be latte art jamming, coffee pairing sessions, mixology competition and various cafés setting up their brew bars. Coffee machines and other related brewing accessories and roasted beans will be available for sale and demonstration.

THE COFFEE & ART FRINGE FESTIVAL

CAFFA will host many exhibitors including but not limited to coffee roasters and merchants, franchisors; coffee equipment, accessories, coffee beans, dairy products suppliers, artisan bakers including complimentary food and snacks that goes along with coffee.

This year, CAFFA will have over 30 innovative speciality coffee industry exhibitors including artisanal bakers, soda and ice-­‐cream vendors; an Espresso Martini Launch Party; The 1st Asia Coffee Symposium Programme dedicated to coffee enthusiasts and professionals; Live barista demonstrations and brewing; Latte Art Street Jam; Tempatan Fest; Numinous Live Poetry and Music evening; Live Bands and Street Performers; an Emerging Artist Exhibition; fundraising Photography Exhibition dedicated to MH370 and MH17; Doodle Competition by the Doodict Collision and Live Graffiti Jam.

As expected at the event, there will be plenty of coffee to be sampled, artworks to see and music to sooth the soul.
